The ProjectSolitude Augmented Reality was based on a master thesis game concept by Minh Son Truong, to reduce fatigue caused by typical AR interactions. The focus of this work was in the field of game design, creating a concept to include those typical AR interactions that are not always linked to games, following design principles to create a consistent game world to engage the player into finishing the test, and enabling an efficient way to implement the AR game in a given timeframe.The game prototype was extremely well received by the test subjects. So much so that he decided to finish this project, after his mather thesis submission, to enter the Bluebyte Games Together competition at the end of March.
